The next time you get a ticket for going 3 over in a construction zone, look for a little snap in the step of the ticketing trooper; the Washington State Patrol has been named the best dressed in the nation by an association that apparently knows about these things. Washington State will share the honor with the Mississippi Highway patrol, who also look snazzy with lots of starch and a broad hat.
